Looking from the living room into the dining room: With comfortable furnishings and an eclectic mix of fine antiques and savvy interior design, you may not want to leave the living room! Watch your flat screen television with a DVD player or relax on the sofa with a good book. If you bring your laptop, you'll have wireless internet access throughout the villa. Your spacious villa features central heat/air conditioning and a washer/dryer for your convenience.
Looking from the dining room into the living room: Enjoy water views from the living and dining rooms through a window wall. A french door opens to a private deck overlooking a lagoon surrounded by towering oaks. Grass cloth walls and designer accessories create a cozy home away from home.
Looking from kitchen into the dining area: The floor to ceiling mirrored wall extends nature views into the dining area that features a French farm table with island mahagony chairs with natural cane seats.
The first floor master bedroom suite's white painted furniture against soothing lime walls creates a beach cottage feel. Sleep well in a queen-sized bed with fine 400-thread count linens. Skylights in the cathedral ceiling and large glass doors flood the room with light. A private deck is nestled amongst twisted, century-old oak trees draped with Spanish moss. This suite includes a comfy armchair, private bath with a tub/shower combination, and two walk-in closets.
The second bedroom is located upstairs with a private deck canopied by oaks and overlooking the quiet, moss-draped courtyard. Periwinkle blue creates a serene and relaxing feel. Black wicker furniture includes a Savannah-style iron queen-sized bed. The room includes a large closet with louvered doors, cathedral ceiling, and private bath with a tub/shower combination and a dressing area.
The third bedroom is furnished with custom made and upholstered headboard, queen-sized bed and island themed decorative accessories. The private deck overlooks the lagoon. Skylights and a cathedral ceiling accent the spaciousness. This room has two closets and a private bath with a separate dressing area.
The fully-equipped kitchen features lime-painted beadboard walls, white ceramic tile countertops, and premium appliances. It's supplied with a dishwasher, microwave, full-size refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, china, flatware, silverware, toaster, and cuisinart food processor.		The villa has an old world feeling with native tabby and cedar shake exterior.
